At the Centre for Responsible and Peaceful Politics (CRPP), we believe that dialogue, democracy, and civic participation must be inclusive. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines help ensure that our content is:

Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are accessible via keyboard using Tab, Enter, and Space keys.

Screen reader friendly

We use semantic HTML and ARIA labels to ensure content is properly interpreted by screen readers like NVDA and VoiceOver.

Text alternatives

All non‑text content (images, icons, charts) includes meaningful alt text or descriptions.

Colour contrast

Our colour palette meets WCAG contrast ratio requirements to improve readability for users with low vision.

Resizable text

We use relative font sizes (rem/em) so that text can be resized up to 200% without breaking the layout.

Clear layout

Content is structured with clear headings, consistent navigation, and logical reading order.

Limitations & ongoing work

While we are continuously working to improve accessibility, some older documents (e.g., PDFs uploaded before 2025) may not be fully accessible. We are actively retrofitting these files. If you encounter any difficulty, please let us know.
